KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop overall marketing approach for specific categories of Company products across all area and geographies
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of key marketing levers including market share, economy, customer segments and trends, product and service offerings, competitor actions, price points within industry, etc. which impact specific product categories under purview
• Synthesize the market intelligence and customer insights collected in order to develop a marketing plan for growing the consumer base and driving sales of specific Company products and brands under purview
• Develop a time-phased market attack approach assimilated from analysis of market and consumer trends to identify market growth potential with respect to growth in existing markets and entry into new markets, growth in new and existing product portfolios, growth in new and existing and channels, growth in new and existing customer accounts, etc. for products by category
• Upon identification of growth areas, lay out a detailed executional plan for addressing these growth opportunities through specific go-to-market strategies, potential promotions for specific products/ markets/ channels, focused ad campaigns, etc. by products category
• Review as-is performance to understand which channels, geographies, customers need to be pushed for meeting growth targets by category of products via ad campaigns
• Develop detailed tactical plan for addressing market opportunities through short-listing a focused set of ad campaigns and promotional campaigns targeting specific products/ brands, geographies, channels, customer accounts.

• Develop detailed go-to-market strategy at a BU level addressing specific channels where growth opportunity exists, target geographies, key products/ brands to support business growth plans, target customer accounts.



Responsibilities:

• Report to GENERAL MANAGER.
• To manage with 5 Branches, 5 Branch Sales Managers, 6 Area Sales Supervisors and 16 salesmans and 4 MD .
• Control & Monitoring for the Budget operation, Sales vs target, P & L, SOP.
• Responsible for planning & supervising sales team activities.
• To Manage and handle All chain outlet, Chain Store, all type of outlets.
• Prepare sales strategies and action plans to identify and realize specific sales targets.
• Establish business and technical relationships with distributors and potential customers.
• Creating, Implementing a Maintain base volume and sell in new products through effective coverage programs, and execute sales plans while operating within the assigned budget.
• Responsible for setting goals and tracking/measuring sales and service resources and developing its promotional activities in order to increase the sales for National.
• Open an account to the modern market and tradisional market.
