Duties and responsibilities:
• Work as tender estimator in the field of electrical, communication and instrumentation in various bid projects of Saudi aramco, Royal Commission, Governments & private companies which involves in development expansion, renovation, newly construct of industrial plant, site development, airports, industrial/commercial building and housing construction with accordance to specification, standard, scope of works and construction milestone.

• Take off bill of quantities to established pricing according to scope of works, plans, specification or design criteria.

• Determine items for materials, equipments or sub contract where quotation must be obtained and prepare request for quotation and submit detailed documents to suppliers.
• Review and evaluate received quotation from suppliers for competitive price and if comply with client’s requirements.

• Calculate and develop unit cost for materials, labor, equipments or sub contract to achieve competitive bid cost.

• Represent project bid job explanation & site visit and prepare report.

• Knowledge in preparation of tender proposal commercial and technical.

• Prepare project on hand technical submittal for approval in compliance with
specification, approved vendors and level of inspection prior to request for procurement.

• Review and evaluate materials technical specification, detailed design, standard and manufacturer prior to procure.

• Report project status for monitoring, evaluation and control of material and labor
cost to achieve maximum profit.

• Implement internal non conformance report (NCR) to assure quality of works.
• Coordinate and arranged testing and commissioning for MV/LV transformer, ATS, switchgear, fire alarm system, CCTV, BMS, and other power generation to initiate acceptance.
