 Validate that quality systems and processes are being used, i.e. technical work instructions, JDE, ASL etc.
 Report incidents in WPTS and perform TapRoot investigation to determine the root causes and to provide recommendations for corrective / preventive actions.
 Execution/Reviewing/Monitoring of required QHSE inspection for rigs, camps and facilities, reporting findings to the management.
 Supervising the online safety data sheet system.
 Monitor readiness/response to HSE emergency situations through regularly held and documented drills.
 Assisting product lines with preparation and implementation of service quality plans.
 Ensure the company complies with the relevant HSE Legislation, HSE requirements and International QHSE codes and standards.
 Perform Annual Legal evaluation through Enhesa Monitoring and present the results during Management Review meetings.
 Maintenance of the Lifting & Slings Registers and Inspection Program for rigs & facilities in area.
 Assessing QHSE competence.
 Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedures to include but not be limited to: Permit to Work System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, and Hazardous Chemical -MSDS, PPE System, H2S Awareness, Benchmarking, and other required training activities
 Interfacing with sub-contractors and ensuring their QHSE management system and security plans are aligned to the project specific needs, change proposals, regulatory compliance and consents.
 Attends rig visits, inspections, and audits.
 Maintaining internal and external reporting according to established systems.
