• Update/Prepare HSE comments on Risk Assessments, Safety Violation Reports, Executive walks and other Safety related reports.
• Conduct Site Observation to help HSE monitor safety issues at site as instructed by Senior Resident Engineer at least twice a month.
• Update all logs (Incoming, Outgoing, Shop Drawings, INRs, all other documents log).
• Prepare transmittal of RFIs to design consultant and processed replied RFI from consultant to contractor.
• Prepare reports for submission to PWA such as Monthly Report and Public Communication Monthly Report.
• Providing administrative support to all department as needed.
• Design Tracking Register via Google Sheet to be able to use Register and Tracker simultaneously.
• Provide technical support to all staff from Windows application, MS Office and hardware if issues arise.
• Perform admin task as needed like leave monitoring, training certificates monitoring, attendance checking at site, managing stationeries at site, etc.
