Prepare general ledger and ensure customer statement of account are
accurate. Prepare payments for suppliers. Controlling closed petty cash of cashiers. Controlling Account Receivable and Account payable. Reconciliation all transactions of suppliers, customers, mouvement caisse & banks (Debit & credit). Journal entries: Receipts, Credit notes& Payment vouchers. Review and post all policies related to Hosri Insurance Services,
(prepare sales and payable invoice everything related to adjustment entry debit/credit, credit notes/debit notes for supplier and clients as well.)

controlling stock systematically

Posting and Processing Journal entries to ensure all business
transactions are recorded. Updating Accounts Payable and performing reconciliations & issuing
invoices. Updating databases to ensure that information will be accurate and
immediately available when needed. Assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting
and financial guidelines. Preparing and submitting Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.
