Publications
- Editorial Director
- Writing and developing IEC materials (newsletters, flyers, booklets, reports, annual diary, etc.)
- Managing the production of all publications (preparation, control & conduct of contents, photos, design and printing procedures, distribution, etc.)
- Copywriting
Medias
- Establishing and maintaining media relations network
- Organizing press conferences & media visits
- Conducting media planning & placement
- Handling media queries and organizing field visits for journalists from local and international medias
- Writing and distributing press releases, features, etc.
- Preparing TV and radio shows
- Hosting radio shows
Social Media & Networking
- Promoting Caritas Lebanon’s activities through Social media and networking
- Website publishing
Advertising and communication
- Coordinating and working with pub agencies and production houses for advertising campaigns
- Developing advertising strategies for campaigns
- Developing & Production of communication tools (spots, documentaries, etc.)
- Preparing and distributing targeted materials (advertising, interventions, special shows, event coverage)
Public relations
- Collaborating with governmental institutions, organizations and NGOs regarding projects, forums, fairs, exhibitions, etc.
- Collaborating with international parties from Caritas Network or other partners.
- Maintaining contacts with projects coordinators and people on the field in all branches & centers for visibility and others
Others
- One of the spokespersons of the organization
- Supporting programs departments
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting of activities, public events
- Preparing PPT presentations
- Delivering Presentations to promote the activities of the organization
- Photographing of activities and events
- Collecting data on topics that may interest the organization
