Designed “Zita Monastic Retreat”, a self-sufficient development on 20 000 sqm land according to the vision of the investor. Proposed a modern design based on vernacular methods that could be built with locally produced and natural materials

Designed and managed the modifications of 500 apartments in “Admir”. Worked closely with designers and suppliers to develop sales strategies and specifications. Drove sales and made markets to meet the plan objectives. Maintained close contact with the client’s key personnel throughout the project development stage, proposal stage, and final selection process.
