Greets patients and guests in the Reception counter and assists them according to the needs.
Responsible for patients’ registration in the computer, invoicing, and collection of counter cash
payments.
Accommodates and answers all patient queries in a professional manner and manages patient
appointment system.
Handles cash payments and deposits it to the designated finance officer before the end of every
shift.
Documents all transactions and summarizes with accuracy daily cash receipt and receipt
cancellations.
Performs other duties as maybe delegated by the Supervisor/Department Head.
*Providing greater service by meeting the customer needs.
*Organizing activities for the children that age- appropriate.
*Responsible for cashiering and rotating inventories.
* Work and improve the customer feedback.
*Hosting parties and conducting events.
* Handles inbound customers inquiries from outside the country (United States) in an ethical and informative way.
* Process clients concerns into the system regarding billing, delivery, as well as payments to complete the task.
* Encourage customer retention through satisfactory satisfaction.
* Manage new subscription of non existing customers.
*Assisting the Boards of Directors and the Publisher.
*Attend to inquiries, need, and complaints of the clients.
* Coordinate with different companies for their upcoming events.
* Search out for possible sponsors and deal with them for the projects.
* Assist with the production/the day of the event.
