1. Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Articulate (Storyline).
2. Provide multi-media support, focused on the execution of design themes and graphics for Company Training Materials (Books/Manuals, Classrooms Posters and signages).
3. Assists on the technical work such as data entry and upload documents and supporting evidences to KIPIC CMS System for Global OPITO Assessment of Refinery Operations Staffs.
4. Quality Assurance and formatting of specific documents such as Equipment Checklist, Unit Operating Manuals and Unit Training Manuals.
5. Responsible for preparing & creating books/manuals for Classroom Training and OTS for printing purposes.
6. Create E-Learning Templates for Storyline (Articulate) - Online Training for ELMS.
7. Coordinate with technical staffs for the process of PowerPoint presentation for E-Learning Modules.
8. Coordinate with the Storyline Developer (working remotely) for amendments of the documents as per client comments and consistently meet deadlines and requirements.
9. Work closely with Documentation Team for the submission of E-learning modules and other documents to the client.

through to completion. Responsible for developing and creating both
DIGITAL and PRINT DESIGNS for a wide range of print and online campaigns,
publications and advertising.
2. Producing and designing projects & campaigns from brief to fullfilment,
Designing & Creating Marketing & e-marketing materials on a range of
Presenting & finalised ideas & concept to top management.
3. Working on PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY for Clinics, Dental Clinics,
Nails/Spa Salon & Restaurant.
4. Making INSTAGRAM Templates (POST, STORY & SPONSORED ADS).

Make and create personalized Graphics design for the company; for Advertisement, Logo, Marketing Materials, Presentation Materials, Co. Brochures and etc.

RECORDS and ARCHIVES.... keeping all records in good fillings and keeping all incoming and outgoing files for all materials from supplier to the company and from company to the clients.
