Prepares Project Quality Plan.
Provides Installation and Testing and Commissioning Method Statement / Procedure.
Prepares Inspection Test Plan, Installation Checklist, Testing and Commissioning Checklist and other
related Quality Forms.
Inspect all the MEP Installation Works executed on site to ensure that Installation was carried out as per

Prepares Site Observation Reports for the Quality Violation and Non Conformance Works being carried
out and Executed on site.
Provides Action to close Non Conformities.
Prepares Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
Consolidate Quality Issues and Concerns and Provides concrete and firm corrective actions.
Prepares Monthly Quality Report for the Quality Review Meeting with Quality Managers.
Conducts Internal Quality Audit to ensure that Company Procedures as per ISO Standard are being
followed and that Documentation System is proper and as per expectations.
Inspect MEP testing and Commissioning Works.
