Job Profile:

• Manages labor force and take the lead role of handling a group of 45 workers from Al Rajhi Project and Construction LLC / and Sub-contractors.

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operation such as rectifying of existing works, inspection reports and implementation of work approved done by the consultant.

• Review IFC drawing; submit on time accurate daily report activities and progress.

• Excavation, concreting works, waterproofing, backfilling works, finishing concrete works, carpentry and Steel work supervision.

• Supervise of installation of aluminum/gms bracket, glass cladding, dry wall/ceiling work and stone cladding.

• Coordinate MEP, sub-contractor works to implement for civil and finishing work.

• Pre-inspection and maintain quality of work done by civil and finishing worker and raised inspection to consultant inspector.

Job Profile:

• Manages labor force and take the lead role of handling a group of 100 workers from Leighton Contracting Qatar (LCQ) Supply and Sub-contractors.

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operation such as assembling, planning, studies inspection reports and implementation of work.

• Review IFC drawing, Coordination of all IFC drawing & identifying requirements for RFI’s.

• Preparation of RFI’s and Preparation of Request for Inspection Test to the Consultant Insp.

• Analyzes deviation from specifications and prescribe data (prescribe data- this may refer to a shop drawings / construction drawings or site clarification requests done by the design consultants).

• Submit reports on time, maintain and accurate daily site diary of activities and progress.

• Assist Engineer/Superintendent with production reports and register of materials and equipments.

• To ensure quality of work in accordance with quality management, including development of method statement Inspection Test Plan and checklist.
