Maintain stock accuracy and immediate escalation for shortages and overage.
Timely reporting of any negative sales.
Monitor attendance of storekeepers, and follow up to arrange standby staff for absentees, Sick leaves etc.
Monitoring daily cash, Span and ATM. Purchas deposit and its reconciliation with deposit slip for all concerned stores.
Coordinating with finance on daily deposit.
Maintain end of month inventory results matching with the system.
