• Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, and basic daily activities

• Communicate with doctors, therapists, and family members to
update care plans and ensure continuity of care.

• Handle guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check out with payment processing
• Provide professional service and respond to all the inquiries and complaints of the guest.
• Manage bookings, reservations and other inquiry via calls, message and email as company guidelines.
