Prepares Naval/ Structural production drawings, bill of materials and documents related to new shipbuilding/conversion and ship repair.
Assists in conducting inclining test and stability calculations.
Conducts on board surveys and investigation, inspection of vessels, structures preparatory to development of production, fabrication drawings and 2D and 3D that will be use during presentation.
Prepares ship’s lines drawing and offset table.
Encodes hull offset into ship’s stability software.
Conducts mold lofting during vessel conversion, as maybe required by the client.
Prepares time sheets, reports and records required by the Head of Department.
Provides technical support to the other Department as maybe required.
Ensures that all electronic/ manually prepared drawings/calculations, if any are properly filed and recorded in the designated forms or filing system.
Preparing detailed spool drawing for the installation of deck fittings such us mooring winches and
Lifting cranes. as well as heavy equipment like main engine and bulk auxiliary machinery for
Various projects.
Assists when conducting onboard surveys/ inspection of vessels/ structures preparatory to development of production/ fabrication drawings and 2D and 3D drawings that will be used during presentation.
Preparation of piping, structural and fabrication/production drawings, bill of materials and material take-off.
Working in 3d rhino modeling structure for swift 141 mega yatch.
Major Project Involved: Swift 141 Mega Yacht, Tara Boat and 15 Meter Patrol Boat
• Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawing and more complex drawing.
• Revise and update existing drawing reflecting design changes, in collaboration of factory manager.
• Work with the head of design on guidelines for installation drawing.
• Making 3d model presentation to head of design or clients, to present design proposals.
• Working on ideas as part of a team or developing design concepts using any software.
• Sketching initial design ideas.
• Making samples models using computerized prototyping equipment.
• Expertise in 3d model of Rhinoceros, keyshot rendering software and Autocad drawing..
