Photograph and document the condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work. Make sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected. Review Material Submittals, Method Statement and Shop Drawings submitted by contractor and report findings to Resident Engineer. Check that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies to the Resident Engineer. Inspect the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents, approved shop drawings and submittals. Prepare report logs. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc. Perform all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures and Manuals. Observe site safety practices, QUALITY and the progress of the work. Report any concerns to the Resident engineer.

Taiwan High Speed Rail Project, Managed and implemented quality assurance system of As Constructed Design Documentation (ACDD) Process of the whole JV. Participated in any design workshop conducted and provide technical supports to design manager to speedy resolution of any comments. Part took in meetings and coordination with the client. Follow up identified and recorded any outstanding works, Defects Correction Period (DCP) related to the production, process and quality control issues. Assist JVQC Manager & Design Manager in preparation of the Operations Maintenance Manual and As Built Design issues, providing all necessary pertinent documents.

T230 Taiwan High Speed Track Work Project, Monitor day-to-day operations of department personnel to guarantee compliance with both client & code specifications. Cultivate a culture of QA/QC as a discipline on projects. Co-author and implement quality control procedure manual for conducting day to day operations, tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality and performance per client specifications. Interface with client’s QA Manager. Review manufacturer’s product and provide recommendation for design and specification. Review and approve of all associated supplies issued quality assurance / control documentation, problem solving of field inspection non-conformances / deviations from suppliers during inspection life cycle. Direct, advised, and/or instruct the field QA/QC engineers in performing periodically visiting the job sites.

Taiwan High Speed Rail C280 Lot 1 Project, management of a team QC inspector for the daily control of all work activities, acts as Mentor to new inspectors and assist them in the proper use of standards and procedures. Review of Inspection Test Plan’s (ITP), Method Statement, WS, QP, PQP & WP as stipulated within self-certification criterion. Identified and recorded any non-conformity related to the production, process, managed non conformance reports related to the production process and quality control, verifying the implementation of solution for any defects. Technical awareness provided for client and or third party quality compliance audit of QA procedure, partook in quality audits and surveillance conducted by JV, THSRC and IREG. Liaising with JV, THSRC and IREG on quality assurance issues and preparing corrective action evidences and responding to any defects identified. Responsible for the joint inspection with client for all site hand over & Managed As Constructed Design and Documentations (ACDD) handover including Archiving.

PB Com Tower Project, Responsible for the Quality and Progress operations at assigned area within project site. Implementation and monitoring of construction programmed, project budget, procurement of sub-contract works and management of performance of Sub-contractors. Administration of Sub-contract works, review and evaluation of progress, payment, quotations and claims, Coordination with designers, for any design change and some site queries, Management and control of a team trades personnel for finishing and handover to the client representative.

Samsung Electro Mechanic Factory Project, Responsible for the quality and progress of the project, Implementation and monitoring of construction programmed, project budget, procurement of sub-contract works and management of performance and administration of Sub-contract works, review and evaluation of progress, payment, quotations and claims. Responsibilities Includes: Performs inspections to ensure construction work confirms with engineering specification and company engineering standards. Checking and verifying accomplishment of sub-contractor and reporting directly to the project Manager. Preparing and issuance of punch listing for all completed projects and ensure Sub-contractors to rectify any defects, prior to issuance of certificate of completion.

Supervision and Supply of manpower requirement for the projects of the Architect in the various location in metro manila, most of the works are related to renovation works such as: 1st class finishing works, include granite and marble laying, modern architectural ceiling works, fabricated decorative stair cases, cabinets, painting other works are electrical and plumbing works.
Responsibilities Includes: Supply of manpower in the construction of BF Resort Village mass housing project includes medium and first class residential with amenities includes i.e. swimming pools, clubhouses, main gate entrance, guard houses, road asphalting, drainages, culverts, sanitary, water lines installations and landscaping.

Construction of three unit warehouses, four floors dormitories, two units factory buildings, other works includes; road works, drainage restoration, three kilometers river rip-rapping, sanitary lines and water sewerage restorations.Responsibilities Includes: Supervise the proper execution of projects base on approved drawings and specifications. Preparing and monitoring all various activities as indicated in project schedules.

Construction of three floors school building with 50 classrooms, using pre-cast slab lift by crane method, other works are; construction of waiting sheds, guard houses, landscaping, Basketball gymnasium, Tennis open courts, Chapels & Football fields, Responsibilities Includes: Supervise the proper execution of projects quality base on company standards. Preparing and monitoring all various daily work activities as indicated in project schedules. Assists with the inspection of completed works and perform all other duties assigned by the Project Engineer.
