Monitors and maintains the organizations computer hardware, software and network technologies. Hence, providing immediate extended technical assistance to its stakeholders.
Provided Implementation Support for Clinic’s new customized management software, making sure that the network and hardware’s had met the system requirements.
Responsible for helping maintain a brand by working on marketing campaign, performing market research, strategizing with other marketing professionals and creating content such as video production, photo/graphics editing and website maintenance to aid in the success of the campaigns.

Description:
Generally provides support related to the client's enterprise resource planning application (SAGE X3, CRM and HRMS) that help bring relative ideas to fruition, as well as assist the company in resource-planning decisions. Also ensures the company software runs as efficiently as possible and, if it is not, develop and oversee solutions with input from stakeholders within the organization.
Other tasks performed also includes system gap analysis, assessing the company's business requirements and developing a re-implementation project plan; determining the needs related to software training for employees and recommending improvements to software processes making sure that the solutions developed are time- and cost-effective.
Moreover, performed particular IT support alongside with the local system administrator should related issue occurs with the Business Applications.

• Performed Sage X3 ERP Techno-Functional Post Implementation Support for an Environmental Solutions company as the client.
• Performed Gap Analysis between the Business Process Requirement and the ERP/CRM and HRMS Software Capabilities.
• Supported Finance, AP/AR Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Sales Module.
• Outlined and executed the Project Plan for ERP, CRM and HRMS In-House Support.

Responsible in providing the 1st level and/or 2nd level of Enterprise Resource Planning software technical service and support via remote for international maritime customers which also includes liaison with R&D for patch kit releases, major version upgrade assistance, and customer vessel installation phone support.
Moreover, the role also includes service desk analysis responsible for monitoring and making sure that the volume of incident tickets being received/resolved is still within the target.

Responsibilities:
• Performed Service and Support Role for a Maritime Operations Industry focused Enterprise Resource Planning Software with concentration on Material Maintenance, Operations and Projects Module.
• Provided Maintenance Support of the ERP for local and international customers by troubleshooting using local environments or remote desktop connections, simulating, and diagnosing Incident Tickets to analyze system problems, debug software defects from the back end by using SQL queries and provide scripts necessary for the resolution of different incidents.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Description:
Facilitates the functional support inclusive of design, configuration, and testing in various SAP Modules (MM, IM and WM) to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining the highest degree of client-customer satisfaction.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve application issues and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
• Prepared design documents for warehouse and plant operations involving configuration, enhancements (e.g. RF scanners, solution approach for material identification) and reports. Most of the design details included in the area of Handling Units, Equipment master data, RF Scanners, STO and Inventory Management.
• Experience in defining put away and picking strategies, configured system for automatic generation of TR and TO.
• Support Experience with SAP barcode system using SAP Console (SAP's native RF solution) for the Warehouse.
• Customized reports with new business process covering RF Functionalities (Receipt, Put-away and picking) placement strategies based on shipment, packing and delivery splits for different warehouses.
• Experience with Configuration of Master Data which includes Material, Vendor, Purchase Info Records and also customizing the same as per the client's requirement.
• Knowledge and Experience in configuring Inventory documents like goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer and transfer postings.
• Minimal Experienced in route determination process for outbound deliveries.
• Manage SAP Support calls: issue resolution / debugging / bug fixing / apply OSS notes.
• Knowledge in configuring EDI/IDOC for different message types to distribute data and also was involved in customizing interfaces.
• Minimal Experience with Integration of MM/FI/SD and PP.
• Worked on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & integration testing (script) of MM- IM -WM Modules.
• Experience in writing the Knowledge transfer documentation and has implemented a Knowledge Transfer Plan within the respective team.
