•Responsible of all recruitment related matters in Lebanon and provide support to Jordan HR team when possible.
•To manage payroll process and update software and support the SAP maintenance.
•Responsible for conducting induction formalities to all new employees taking support from team assistant
•Owner of reporting on HR KPI’s related to Talent, Rewards, Development plan.
•Responsible of all employees’ contracts, new hires, and exit formalities.
•To prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new joiners as long as drafting and updating policies and procedures in the employee handbook.
•To manage HR responsibilities for all employees which include maintenance of confidential records in the system and on the files so they are readily available when required.
•To support the performance appraisal process for Retail, feedback culture initiatives and ways of working projects within the business with specific focus within the consumer direct business channel.
•To prepare and execute suitable training measures in alignment with superior based on performance management and HR audits within retail stores and improving the engagement scores within retail, including but not limited to escalation of feedback to higher management and accommodate the best possible fixes.
•To ensure all HR tools for Retail are fully implemented across all stores including, roll-out of the tolls, proper communication and briefing to the team and completion within the time frame as per business calendar.
•To successfully build up an employee relation management with Retail and develop a standing as a competent and accepted contact partner.
•To contribute to an inspiring working environment, strong performance culture and elevate the group to become employer of choice.

•Recruit Staff including developing job descriptions, checking application forms and CVs, short listing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
•Monthly payroll and implementation of compensation and benefit programs (transportation, overtime, medical, allowances, increases, bonuses etc…)
•Yearly evaluation
•Prepare employee contracts, NSSF/MOL declaration and conduct employee orientation
•Control employee’s attendance, lunch breaks and rotations
•Provide guidance to employees policies, processes, and regulatory issues

•Prepare medical transcripts submitted to NSSF and follow up on refunds
•Provide health and safety packages including the medical insurance

•Establish and maintain computer records, including recruitment files and tests, general files and other information on sick leave, attendance cards; maintain confidential employee information

•Administrate employee’s vacations, pre-booking and approvals
