The Complete IT project of Customs are outsourced to the Public Warehouse Company(PWC) for the 25 years of the Build Operate & Transfer (BOT). This is the biggest IT Project and the First Goverment IT Project in Kuwait.
Where my responsibilities are as the followings:
1. Assure every IT Activities are as per the RFP I am as a Business Analyst, Team Leader, Core System Consultant, Infrastructure Consultant.
2. Handling of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) using Earnst & Young Methodology
3. Handling of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) using Earnst & Young Methodology
4. Assure about the Development of the Complete Data Center from constructions till the DRP is implemented where Every aspect of Hardware is to be assured that they are on right place and their functionality and communication are as required
5. Core System of the Customs to be assured are developed in ASP.Net C# as required by Client and provide necessary technical support to Client as well as Owner
6. Liaison for the Oracle Financial / MAXIMO and many other installation as well as fine tune to assure it meets the Kuwait Customs requirements
7. IP Telephony / Fiber Channel Cables layed all over Kuwait Customs and their borders / roollout all the required Desktop

• Collecting user requirement, System Analyses, Design using Power Designer (ERD / Data / Process Architecture), Implementation and User Training of the Job Order Financial and Lube Oil Costing System. Developed using Ingres 4GL / ISQL / ABF / ESQL / Vision, Open Ingres v1.2, Unix Born C and Shell.
• Providing user support and troubleshooting with various Accounting Systems such as: - Fixed Assets, Payroll Distribution, Receivable, Project Accounting and other subsystem of the KNPC.
• Collecting user requirement, System Analyses, Design, Implementation and User Training of the General Refinery Turn around (Amortization) System, Job Order (Costing and Core Module) System, and Lube Oil Costing System (Blend of Production, Inventory and Costing) System. Developed using Ingres 4GL, ISQL, C and Shell.
