* Prepare and maintain logs and spread sheets, process incoming and outgoing mail, track the
dispatch of the outgoing and incoming correspondence, maintain departmental records
* Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for
repairs when equipment malfunctions

individuals.
