Leads the communication with R&D, lead factory and Global Quality.
Coordinate with production to assure that specification provided by R&D is met.
Develop and maintain an effective Quality Department, which give support to Maintenance and production team.
Develop advanced Statistic Quality Control (SQC) tools to improve factual data analysis and minimizing the variances in products.
Ensures the training of Maintenance and production team to improve the company quality standards understanding.
Responsible on the factory housekeeping activities by ensuring that all the treatment activities are respecting the company policies & procedures and preventing it from any safety (people) and environmental risks.
Equally ensure a close follow up of beetles count, and to be proactive to reduce the number of beetles per trap in order to achieve target.
Request MAS to order and deliver prototype materials and assure run ability following specification given by R&D and make sure we respect the usage of the right material specifications.
Monitor quality KPIs, develop and implement corrective actions to meet GSC Quality KPIs targets
Ensure the maintenance and calibration of the quality measuring equipment are systematically done, and makes sure they are working properly according to the JTI standards.
Responsible for handling of customer complaints and establish necessary corrective and preventive actions with all stakeholders.
Responsible for samples preparation for collaborative study and action taken as per results obtained.
