Cables perform preparation of conduit for earthing cables as per

• Installation of Instrument such as Pressure Indicating Transmitter (PIT), Level Indicating Transmitter (LIT), Temperature Indicating Transmitter and Temperature Element (TE).To each designated area as per Impulse Piping Connection.
• Lay-out of Instrument Cables for Pressure Indicating Transmitter (PIT), Level Indicating Transmitter (LIT), Temperature Indicating Transmitter to Analog Junction -Box Panel (A JBP)., Temperature Indicating Transmitter to Temperature Element (TE).
• Work Permit Authorized and Supervisor to Perform Winding Resistance test & Insulation Resistance test of Motorized Operated Valve (MOV), using RMS Multi-meter (FLUKE) and 5kv Insulation Resistance Tester (Megger, Karafi National Calibrated). Manually Opening (100%) & Closed (0%) indicate at Local Interface of MOV using Hand Wheel, Testing as per diagram indicate what voltage to Inject.
• Glandding and Wiring Termination of Instrument Cables in Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), Junction Box Panel ( Analogue & Digital ) to Instruments Terminal.
Calibration of Instruments
• Calibration and Configuration of Instruments such as Pressure Indicating Transmitter (PIT), Level Indicating Transmitter (LIT) using Pressure Calibrator (135 bar DRUCK), Hart Communicator, DC-Power Supply.
• Calibration of Pressure Gauge using Pressure Calibrator (135bar DRUCK) and Standard Pressure Gauge.
• Calibration and Configuration Temperature Indicating Transmitter (TIT) using Hart Communicator, DC-Power Supply and (FLUKE 712) RTD Calibrator.
• Functional Testing of Temperature Element (TE) using Temperature Dry-Bath and (FLUKE 712)RTD Calibrator.
• Hydro Leakage testing of Thermo-well using low pressure Hand Pump.
• Configuration of Guided Wave Radar a Ultrasonic Transmitter (Endress+hauser / LevelFelx) calibration perform in site or during commissioning.
• Calibration of Magnetic Level Gauge with Guide Wave Radar Transmitter (ORION) using Hart Communicator, mV simulator and by applying water.

• Glandding and Wiring Termination of Instrument Cables in Metering Skid (ALDERLEY), from Metering Skid Junction Box Panel (IS & non IS cables) to PLC panel.
• Wiring Termination of instrument cables for Field Instrument such as., Pressure Indicating Transmitter, Temperature Indicating Transmitter, Temperature Element, Gas Detectors ( Combustible type & Ultrasonic Type).
Commissioning
• Pressure Testing of Impulse (Piping) Line of Sectionalizing Valve Station, using Nitrogen Gas and Manifold. Pressure Tested and Pressurized Gradually to 1.5 x the Maximum Pressure in the Minimum of 10 Minutes.
• Checking of Ferrules and Termination of Instrument Cables for Pressure Indicating Transmitter and Temperature Indicating Transmitter to Analogue Junction Box (AJB) and AJB to RTU ( Remote Terminal Unit).
• Winding Resistance test (Loop Checking) and Insulation Resistance Test of Instrument Cables In Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), Junction Box Panel ( Analogue & Digital ) to Instruments Terminal.
