-Oversee operations during delivery with the operation manager (working hand-on-hand)
-Setup with meetings the new client.
-Answering calls for customer inquiries in furniture rentals.
-Send quotation to the client through CRM / ERP tool or manually through excel if needed.
-Dealing customer’s complaints and provide appropriate resolution that benefits both the client and the company.
-Generate new clients list from the internet.
-Outbound calling for new clients. Set up appointment to pitch for sale.
-Follow up payments from the client.
-Outbound calling for customer service satisfaction survey.
-Liaise with the production team for quality check.
-Liaise with the delivery team to ensure that the items are delivered on time.
-Performs one-on-one coaching session with my subordinates to help them meet their KPIs.
-Performs root-cause and data analysis.
-Facilitates meetings with the managers and clients.
-Prepares data presentation using PowerPoint and do read-outs with the managers and clients through phone patch or personal.
-Performs quality check on agent calls.
-Coordinates with client and Managers for policy update.
