I currently serve as the

Responsible for all aspects of Company’s financial management and monitoring of the internal control
environment.
• Reporting to CFO
• Cash Management
• Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate monthly consolidated management accounts and reports for
operational management
• Responsible for all journals and final GL Balances including review of month end balance sheet reconciliations and
control accounts
• Responsible for management of the Company’s Accounting and financial systems
• Responsible for all statutory requirements
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and continuous monitoring & review of performance against
them and reporting of variances to the CFO
• Management of overheads.
• Responsible for Taxation related activities(VAT, Zakat, Withholding Tax)
• Responsible for all external audits

• Preparing project budgets and cash flows
• Monitoring project costs, margins and division profitability.
• Verification of all accounting transactions
• Preparation of monthly reporting package
• Monitoring collection

• Set up Internal Audit Department specialized in conducting different audit assignment on before-mentioned
entities
• Designed and implemented reporting tools for live data collection and financial reporting, linked to the ERP.
• Assessed internal control efficiency and audited performance of companies owned by more than 50% .
