· Respond to inquiries from clients about the availability and cost of vehicles.
· Take reserves.
· Explain the conditions of rental or lease.
· Complete customer paperwork.
· Take the vehicle to the customer, identify the existing irregularities and
scratches and show all the special features.
· Checking mileage and damage inspection when vehicles are returned.
· Take payments.
· Provide support services and sales, if you deal with regular accounts of
leasing companies
Responsible for completion of requirements and proper orientation of newhire
employees.
Responsible for handling the correspondence as it applies to recruiting and
terminating process.
Coordinate all areas of completion for an employee who has decided to leave
the company such as conducting a short review and interview, tracking
records and documents accomplishment.
Schedule call backs; prepares entrance and exit interview materials; send
notices; and call back reports.
Prepare summaries of evaluations.
Attend Diversity Committee meetings.
Has good organizational skills and assist with filing.
