Worked as a store Incharge for food and beverage department of ikea. Handling store issues, receiving supplies, creating purchases requesition, inventory control, safety requirements as per haccp standards

Store in charge (Food and general), since Mar-2013.
Job Profile/Responsibility:
• 2 + year of functional Expertise in SAP MM, WM, PP, and PM
• To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department and maintain proper records.
• To ensure safe keeping, both quality and quantity of materials.
• To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores.
• To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when stock level approaches maximum limit.
• To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
• To reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.
• To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
• To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
• Responsible to maintain accurate inventory and provide the same for material planning function.
• Responsible for on-time supply of goods to his customers following FIFO/FEFO.
• Responsible to monitor expiry life of stock items and update management on goods expiring.
• Responsible for all documentation of Goods transactions under his custody as per Quality System
• Procedures and to maintain up to the retention period.
• To inform the provision master / cost controller of any expired/spoiled items and stock damages.
• Responsible to carry out disposal of non-usable/expired goods as advised.
• To receive requisition orders from the various department heads, to prepare them for issuing and finality to issue them to the respective departments.
• To be aware and follow security/fire/safety procedures
JOB SKILLS:
Good Knowledge in warehouse, logistics, supply chain & inventory control.
Knowledge in ERP, SAP, MS office etc
Customer service manager in a retail market I. Saudiarabia, handling front end of the market. Cashier handling, cash and book keeping responsibilities. Inventory control. Theft analysis.
