• End to end recruitment across different level and
responsible for bulk hiring.
• Coordinate the administration of the Recruitment and
Selection processes, working in conjunction with the
Human Resources Coordinator to assist in all facets of
the recruitment and selection process.
• Manage the implementation and monitoring of HR
processes including recruitment and selection,
employment contracts and variations, starters and
leavers, employment checks, induction,
mandatory/other training, probationary period review,
performance and development review, flexible working
requests and the evaluation of training, providing
appropriate support and coaching to all management to
ensure full compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
like total number of hires by department.
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-
boarding, and training programs.
• Relations with Business Unit in terms of hiring plan and
delivery.
• Work closely with the Payroll Department to ensure
workforce information is kept up to date, and any
problems identified and addressed. Issue accurate
payroll instructions, to meet payroll deadlines.
• Maintains historical human resource records by
designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and
current records.
• Conduct appropriate induction procedure for newly
hired employee.
• Prepare contract for new employees and responsible to
provide respective person on timely manner.
• Prepare Contract Extension for existing employees and
responsible to provide respective person on timely
manner.
• Handling Visa and Resident permit renewal.
• Maintain and update HR database systems.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance
issues.

on-one conversations
• Responsible for compensation fitment sign-off and
managing the salary grids
• Strong head hunting and network building skills. Familiar
using portals like Monster, Naukri, etc.
• Contribute to Socially Responsible Activities of the
organization through recruitment
• Coordinating induction program & training program.
• To integrate chat to our operations and also use this for
customer acquisition
