Manage After-sales Service & Parts solutions for PALFINGER Crane, EVERDIGM Crane, JERR-DAN Wrecker, and CAPPELLOTTO Waste Handling Equipment
Assigned as the technical-in-charge for the PALFINGER Railway Cranes maintenance & repair
Attend end- user field service & technical support requests including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, unit complaints, warranty claims, and after-sales service requests in a timely manner to achieve the fastest solution which only permits minimum downtime of the equipment
Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment utilizing the knowledge of mechanical and hydraulics, and using standard test instruments and workshop tools
Provide on-call advice and on-site repairs to customer, as required
Create technical product documentation, recommended spare parts’ lists, and customized service contracts for products or identified clients when requested
Manage receiving checklist of the equipment that are subject for workshop service repair, and conduct pre-delivery inspection and test (PDI) prior to unit turn-over
Supervises and ovesee technician’s daily job, to produce quality work and maximize work output
Conduct other tasks related to the purpose of this position as assigned
Manage After-sales Parts solutions for PALFINGER, JERR-DAN, and CAPPELLOTTO Equipment
Manage company’s Spare Parts pricing, Stocks, & Inventory System
Obtain inquiries’ information from Sales Engineers, and accordingly prepare accurate, professional, and timely Parts Sales Offers and Service work Proposals
Identifying & sourcing of spare parts, updating of our parts database, quotations, order processing, issuing PO to suppliers & manage importation & exportation of shipments based on pre-determined international commercial trading terms (Incoterms)
Coordinate between Customers, Suppliers & Transporters/Forwarders for smooth parts delivery while maintaining cost efficiency
Manage company’s Purchase Orders, Requisitions and Procurement works
Coordinate with Production Department concerning delivery schedules and orders’ information
Coordinate with accounts department and sales engineers concerning payments related to the order
Conduct other tasks related to the purpose of this position as assigned
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Conduct a benchmark research on competitors
Monitor sales trend and gather data for analysis
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
Expedites the resolution of customer/client problems and complaints
Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment
Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain functioning of equipment
Conduct other tasks related to the purpose of this position as assigned
Conduct After-sales service involving On-site Repair and Troubleshooting, Warranty Claims, Product Demo and End-user Training
Prepare written quality Field Service Report (FSR) containing photographs/illustrations/sample parts/videos, clearly explaining condition and recommended solutions
Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customers and dealership staffs
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action's interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
Conduct Fleet After-sales activity
Conduct Preventive Maintenance Awareness and Automobile Safety Driving Seminar
Conduct other tasks related to the purpose of this position as assigned
Installation and Commissioning of Air-conditioning and Generator System
Assists electric tapping of Manual and Automatic Transfer Switches
Analyzing and resolving field construction issues
Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts.
Coordinates Internal and External Design Reviews.
Monitor the execution of the quality assurance program for conformance to project requirements
Address any environmental issues that occurs on the project
Conduct project inspection and visit based on the detailed construction plan
Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties required for final acceptance
