• Conducts physical analyses for polyethylene terephthalate sheets from extrusion.
• Conducts physical analyses for thermoforming products.
• Analyzes raw materials used in thermoforming.
• Generates daily reports for thermoforming and extrusion operations.
* Conducts Chemistry lessons to students.
* Prepares laboratory materials and equipment needed by the teacher in performing their laboratory experiments.
* In-charge of the maintenance, safety, issuance and retrieval of the laboratory instruments, tools and equipment.
* Prepares chemical solutions for laboratory use following standardized formulas or experimental procedures.
* Devices ways and means to improve the laboratory area in terms of instruments, tools and equipment storage, scheduling of laboratory activities to maximize utilization of instruments, tools and equipment and other laboratory facilities.
* Prepares periodic list of supplies and materials needed for the maintenance and operation of the instruments, tools and equipment.
* Maintains, cleans, or sterilizes laboratory instruments or equipment.
Prepares chemical, materials and equipment to be used by the students in their laboratory experiment.
•Standardize chemical solutions for quantitative analysis for the laboratory experiment.
•Assist teacher in the preparation of the four laboratories (Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Human Biology)
•Create/review/revise Laboratory Safety Manual
•Conduct stock inventory.
•Check for breakages and update laboratory glassware.
•Receives inbound calls
•Assist customers for billing inquiries, order entry and repair

• Prepares Emergency Evacuation Plan for the factory and offices.
• Formulates, disseminates, and oversees the implementation of company-wide safety and health policies, procedures and programs in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards of the government.
• Conducts Safety and Health Orientation for New employee and Trainees.
• Conducts safety inspection.
• Controls and keeps records of Personal Protective Equipment issued and borrowed.
• Analyzes Cane juices and massecuites for Boiling House and Mill reference
• Analyzes Raw Sugar production twice per shift
• Submits daily Raw House Materials Report to the Head of Quality Assurance Quality Control Department
• Collects Raw house materials for hourly analysis
• Analyzes bagasse polarity and % moisture
• Analyzes Filter cake % polarization
• Conducts line checking of release parameters such as leak, net contents, coding and appearance
• Evaluates the results of the periodic sampling and gives advice to operators for corrective adjustments as necessary
• Checks the quality of work done by the operators in cleaning the machines during shut down and start up
• Adheres efficiently to Food Safety Management System, Safety, Health and Environment programs of the company
