Must ensure that all guests under assigned tables will
receive their drinks and food as per order.
Be attentive all the time for every guest needs.
Make sure the bill is correct before hand it over to the
guests by checking the items being ordered and served.
Say goodbye and give thanks to the guests with genuine
smile before leaving the restaurant. Maintain a good
relationship with the regular guests.
Meet or exceeds the monthly drink and food profit
margin target.
