Since i got the Job i have been responsible for.
1 Carpentry and construction section- Making new wooden buildings or structures such as offices, Dining halls, Laundry halls and Gymnastic halls.
2 Supervising the landscaping of the entire camp, making roads and storm waterways for the camp.
3 Safety - Conducting safety meetings and making the crew become well informed on safe working practices at all job sites.
and making sure that every worker is using Personal preventive equipments properly.
4 Advising the management board during the meeting on how well and quick to do a certain work so as to produce the best quality of job for the customer who were the United States Army by then.
5 Checking the buildings and tents for an appropriate preventive maintenance and making repair schedules on the same.
6 Conducting meetings with the management on weekly basis so as to have a time for development plans and goals.
7 Preparing Material Request Orders so as to have the needed working materials and in time.
8 Compiling and making reports then sending them to the management on daily basis on all the work that me and my crew have done.
9 Signing the service order requests from the army after checking and making sure that the job had been done the proper way.
10 Advising the customers about the job submission limits to keep company and customer relations clean. For example a customer may need us to make him a coffee table but without and service order request. Which is company manipulation and loss.
11 Making sure that whatever job the crew does is from Army request order or from the management and with proper paperwork.
12 Making sure that no worker can operate a machine that he or she do not know or do not have the proper certification to operate it. This helps in creating a well informed crew which reduces accidents and creates a safe working crew.
13 Making sure that the purchasing crew only gives us the best and needed materials, using the latest company part- numbers and serial- numbers.

Since i got the job my roles were.
1 To make sure the working crew is safe and well informed at the various sites.
2 I supervised working crews when excavating trenches for new pipes leading all the way from JubailBerry Gas Plant up to Jubail harbor or port.
3 I made sure that the repairing crew where we had to repair the existing gas pipes were safe especially the sand blasting and painting group.
4 I conducted meetings with the crew to make sure they know exactly what to do in-case of a sulfur gas leak since we were dealing with sulfur gas there.
5 I also went to dammam at dhaharan site for maintenance of Saudi Aramco Hospital and the Residential Houses. The company also sent me to King Abdullah University for science and Technology in Thuwal for maintenance and building of fire rating walls.
6 I had the responsibility of compiling, making and sending reports to the company on daily basis on all assigned sites.

  • Athletic
    When i was in high school i was one of the athletics and mostly the 5km long race. I won twice and even now i like it very much though i do not compete.
