 Provides assistance to our client in arranging their business travel related to flights, hotels, car transfers and rails
 Ensures tickets were issued and re-issued according to the airline’s policy.
 Assists our clients in regard to their inquiries about their invoices relating to their business travel.
 Provides assistance on the last minute travel request or changes.

 Responsible in creating the team's Work Distribution and to ensure that the team adhere to their respective assignment in the Work Distribution.
 Check the daily staffing per interval and shift schedule to ensure enough manpower and should there be instances of understaff, need to notify the Supervisor and Team Lead to solicit Overtime.
 Respond to their queries related to operation and assist them with their challenges with the tools (eg. minor troubleshooting, guidance with the process etc.).
 Send hand over report for critical issues encountered within the shift
 Facilitate trainings for new hires.
