Intelligence Analyst
Responsible to the Managing Partner for the management of strategic production of reports and the analysis of output data, including commentary analysis. Building of brand new reports highlighting trends in target
groups, forecasting and comparison of data for Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. Responsible for all data
maintenance and database development and reporting functions. Responsible for overhaul of CRM system
(InterAction)

Achievements
• I was responsible for the development and maintenance of all reporting function across the Dubai and
Abu Dhabi Offices including the development of training, training material and providing training to all
employees.
• I developed the CRM Database, all reports associated with the data cleansing process and also developed
specific formulas to automate data analysis as well as developing strategies for training secretaries and data entry staff to ensure accurate data entry.
• Within six months of commencing in the role, I proactively established streamlined reports for all
functions and business units within the organisation.
• Developed the database integration between four stand alone programs to allow more accurate data
capture. The programs include eMerge (for the purpose of sending personalised mass email
communication, newsletters and alerts) .

ReAction Server, used as a link between InterAction, eMerge and html based applications to create and record responses and profile changes at the end user level. Bounce
Back, used as a tool once any communications has been sent to automatically scan email addresses from the Bounce Back reports and automatically find the contacts within the main CRM database (InterAction) and then to include them in the 'Bounce Back' folder for further analysis. InterAction, which is the main
CRM database and where all data is stored.
• Developed the monthly Hadef & Partners Highlights electronic newsletter in html format and also
developed all integration programming to allow user data to be linked directly to contact profiles within the data base. This eliminated the need for any manual data entry by secretaries.
• Developed new process which linked two individual databases into one and also incorporated financial
reporting to create more accurate target groups.
• I was responsible for reviewing the firm's end-to-end business processes and developing new training
material and delivering training.
• Worked closely with IT department to make sure the firm's requirements were met through identifying
skill gaps and area of improvement.

Responsible to the National Dealer Supply General Manager and Regional Sales Managers for the management of strategic production reports and the analysis of output data, including commentary analysis.
Building of brand new reports highlighting trends in sales, forecasting of sales and comparison of sales data
Australia wide. Responsible for all Fleet & Government Orders Australia-wide as well as TRD (Toyota Racing
Development) reporting specialist due to technical knowledge and reporting skills.

Achievements
• I was responsible for the development and maintenance of the Fleet & Government Reports Australia- wide which are used to order, track and deliver vehicles on a daily and monthly basis. A process
improvement I instigated and developed reduced the ordering process from a seven day process to one and half days. This has resulted in significant cost savings, efficiencies and improved revenue capabilities throughout Australia. It also included several checks along the process to avoid mistakes made between
Toyota Dealers and Toyota Motor Corporation in ordering the wrong cars.
• Within six months of commencing in the role, I proactively established streamlined reports for Branch
Stock, Dealer Stock, Private sales and Government Fleet vehicles Australia-wide, including the new TRD
brand resulting in a range of flow-on enhancements and improvements throughout the company.

• I independently built the Australian Toyota SSRD (Sales Regional Report) by linking numerous files within the organisation to cater for all departments using those files.
• Developed a number of "trusted adviser" relationships with senior management across the company due to my strong analytical capabilities, the improvements I have made and my quick assimilation into the
Toyota culture.


Blake Dawson August 2006 - December 2006
Business Analyst
Responsible to the Managing Director, Operations Director and Business Unit Directors for the coordination of daily production reports and the analysis of output data, including commentary analysis. Building of brand
new reports highlighting financial and performance indicators, remuneration reports, FTE and budget
reporting. Supporting the Senior Business Reporting Analyst on day-to-day national reporting requirements
including ad hoc reports, time sensitive reports and highly confidential data. Process and procedure writing across numerous undocumented processes.

Achievements
• Whilst my time in this role was short, I feel particularly proud of learning how to build and process a large
range of reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Quickly picked up a broad range of skills required for the role, and in particular complex formula
manipulation in Microsoft Excel.
• I independently built the adjusted remuneration report for key stakeholders. This was an entirely new
report which I instigated after noticing this key piece of information was preventing senior management from making informed business decisions. The report received wide acclaim and is now used on a regular
basis.
• Duties included development of Data Cubes (within a TM1 environment), maintenance and manipulation of data.
