Currently managing cleaning services at NEOM (NC1) for key facilities including Oasis VIP Restaurant, Mini Mall, Terrace Dining, Recreation Center, Operation Hubs, Resident Relation, Post Office, and all other NEOM facilities. Previously supervised 28 room attendants for Executive and Senior Guest Rooms (Residentials), where I oversaw daily operations and handled priority guest complaints to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
