 Explores new clients who might benefit from company’s products and services
 Establishes business relationship with new clients and maintains connections with existing
customers
 Prepares technical presentations and demonstrates how the product works
 Works on after-sales support services and provides technical back up as required
 Negotiates proposals and closes sales
 Meets regular sales target and coordinates sales projects
 Calculates client quotations for CAPEX approval and administers client accounts

 Develops new packaging materials (rigid & flexible plastics, glass bottles, caps, labels, papers & paperboards and corrugated boxes)
 Conducts mould validation for plastic bottles and caps
 Provides technical support to all engineering and manufacturing processes of product packaging
 Analyzes and provides support to all activities to achieve all marketing objectives
 Assists in launching new products and contributes in reducing cost of production
 Reviews all new technology and packaging trends to increase efficiency and ensures effective
transition of all packaging designs
 Develops and maintains activity schedule for project and ensures appropriate labels on all products
 Prepares and documents all test designs for new packaging and ensures maintenance of all bill of
materials according to required specifications
 Documents all engineering protocols and develops all engineering and manufacturing specifications
 Works as Business Process Specialist conducting yearly review of ISO Documents such as work
instructions and procedures for packaging material testing
 Ensures compliance to ISO and government regulations

 Supervises the overall production run, manpower scheduling and analyze production data
 Makes sure that the Production Department produces products with good quality and complies with
the environmental safety and cGMP guidelines
 Inspects finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications
 Troubleshoots problems with product quality such as viscosity, appearance or fragrance
 Coordinates with Quality Assurance Department regarding production quality compliance
 Adheres to company’s regulations, policies and procedures health, safety and environmental
compliance
 Works as Business Process Specialist conducting yearly review of ISO Documents such as work
instructions and manufacturing procedures

 Ensures 100% quality of the products produced and minimize the daily reject rate
 Plans and lay out work schedule to meet production targets
 Calibrates and adjusts equipment to ensure quality production using tools such as calipers, weighing
scale or moisture analyzer
 Troubleshoots problems with equipment, devices or products
 Conducts environmental safety inspections in accordance with standard protocols to ensure
production activities comply with environmental regulations
 Provides production and changeover reports pertaining to percent yield and percent reject per shift to
Production Manager
