• Practiced internal punch list and resolve internally
• Dealt with primary, Secondary and field pipe supports.
• Finalized Final disposition for the Support replacement re-route of piping
• Made sure close supervision for releasing material from paint yard as per scheduled site plan

Description: Project aim to increase the gravity pressure and control the required pressure transfer to RMS -3, Project involves plot preparation includes grading, Cutting and installation of different equipment foundations and in situ concrete works. Mechanical activities like compressors installation, Inlet Separator, Closed Drain vessel, Flare Stack, KOD, Instrument Air Receiver, N2, Inlet Cooler, and Compressor Cooler and construction of Piping, Installation of Pre-fabricated spools, conduct Hydro test, Air Test.
Role:
• Pre-Plan and prepare Construction Schedule and Monitor Progresses against plan & schedules
• Overseeing the requisition of material and plant equipment
• Schedule ADCO inspection by raising RFI in time.
• Arrangements of material for the construction.
• Purchase the special material’s as per the planning schedule.
• Fixing TPI inspection as per the client requirement.
• Assisting Supervisors and also Pre-planned for requirement of the Site activities and man powers.
• Deals with materials CS, SS, LTCS, and incoloy825 Astm B423, B564.B366
• Preparation of PQR, WQT.
• Follow Client Specification for Piping construction and welding.

It includes pre-survey, ROW preparation, flow line construction and tie-in to the existing facilities of both oil producer and water, injection, hydro-testing cathode protection works, coating/painting, HDD & Pre-.

• Pre-plan construction Scheduled As per the No of crossing available in oil/gas wells.
• Stringing of pipe according to the construction schedule.
• Progresses evaluation achieving targets as per the schedule date.
• Ensure Tie-in in proper secure manner.
