Description: Aluminum process plant extension SMP -4, includes more than 20 KM piping erection, Heavy equipment’s installation- Horizontal ball Mill 1 & 2 and associate piping. Rotary Equipment’s.
Responsibilities:
• Ensured effective pre-planning and preparation of construction and Erection schedules accordingly monitored the progress.
• Raise FCD’s and Raise For Information(RFI) follow up and sort it out as per specification and design
• Monitored arrangements of material for the construction where in purchased the special material as per the planning schedule
• Managed entire team for construction and pre-planned requirement of the site activities.
• Dealt with materials CS pipes, SDP, and SS pipes
• Reviewed progress as per the construction schedule
• Resolved technical problems at the time of erection of spools and valves
• Practiced internal punch list and resolve internally
• Dealt with primary, Secondary and field pipe supports.
• Finalized Final disposition for the Support replacement re-route of piping
• Made sure close supervision for releasing material from paint yard as per scheduled site plan

Description: Project aim to increase the gravity pressure and control the required pressure transfer to RMS -3, Project involves plot preparation includes grading, Cutting and installation of different equipment foundations and in situ concrete works. Mechanical activities like compressors installation, Inlet Separator, Closed Drain vessel, Flare Stack, KOD, Instrument Air Receiver, N2, Inlet Cooler, and Compressor Cooler and construction of Piping, Installation of Pre-fabricated spools, conduct Hydro test, Air Test.
Role:
• Pre-Plan and prepare Construction Schedule and Monitor Progresses against plan & schedules
• Overseeing the requisition of material and plant equipment
• Schedule ADCO inspection by raising RFI in time.
• Arrangements of material for the construction.
• Purchase the special material’s as per the planning schedule.
• Fixing TPI inspection as per the client requirement.
• Assisting Supervisors and also Pre-planned for requirement of the Site activities and man powers.
• Deals with materials CS, SS, LTCS, and incoloy825 Astm B423, B564.B366
• Preparation of PQR, WQT.
• Follow Client Specification for Piping construction and welding.
• Preparing hydro test package.
• Co-ordination for Pre-Commission and final walk down.
• Ensure pipe construction as per the drawing.
• Construction of structural fabrication as per the drawing and follow the orientation.

Description: It is a five years contract for the fabrication & installation work of flow lines and well Head Piping in ADCO oil Field. It includes pre-survey, ROW preparation, flow line construction and tie-in to the existing facilities of both oil producer and water, injection, hydro-testing cathode protection works, coating/painting, HDD & Pre-.
Commissioning assistance.
Role
• Pre-plan construction Scheduled As per the No of crossing available in oil/gas wells.
• Stringing of pipe according to the construction schedule.
• Progresses evaluation achieving targets as per the schedule date.
• Ensure Tie-in in proper secure manner.
• Identifying and proposing solutions for engineering issues on site.
• Ensuring technical co-ordination to client representatives and internal construction team.
• Responsible for checking the testing setup and testing equipment.
• Ensuring that all the hydro testing activities are carried out in safe & secured manner.
Making A punch and B punch points for the where joint prepared for the test.
Conduct examination for the PT, MPT
Dealt with inspection in offsite especially in Visual examination.
• Welding Inspection of erected piping and spools fabricated both field and shop.
