Develop yearly strategic plan to increase SATA's presence in Dubai by analysing trends

Represent SATA internationally and locally at trade shows, marketing and sales events
Design and develop policies and procedures for the sales department
Build company image by collaborating with customers and government agencies
Overlook the office administration which includes over 40 staff in 2 branches - recruiting,
training, performance appraisal etc. of all employees in Dubai office
Manage an annual revenue of AED 5 million for Dubai office alone
Identify and develop a customer base for inbound & outbound holidays for corporates
and schools
Overlook sales office administration which includes 15 staff in sales and marketing and
water park front office staff
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and studying market trends
Oversee all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing
Initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the water park
Represent the water park in trade shows, sales and marketing events all round the world
Plan and execute events and promotions
Develop and brainstorm ideas to maximise revenue
Manage hotels, tour operators and corporate house accounts
Monitor and guide new sales executives into the team
Coordinate and attend industry specific events representing the water park in and
around the GCC
Create departments objectives and ensure they are achieved
Ensure all opportunities turn into active business for the water park
Manage promotions and events
