Handle Inbound and Outbound process
Handling all modes of transportation and deliveries Air, Sea and Land
Preparing Import and Export Internal Transfer documents as per customs requirements
Clearing and forwarding of Import shipments by coordinating with Forwarders
Monitoring deposits and demurrage costs and effectively bringing the costs under control
Coordinate and manage offsite storage location
Create shipments and invoices
Follow-up with the overseas suppliers on the status of order deliveries periodically
Tracking shipments through online and keep on updating the status
Checking with Sea freight for the vessel arrival status and clearances
Coordination with warehouse for picking, packing and delivery of shipments
Preparing and controlling of Exit documents and customs deposits for export shipments
Liaising with customer on day to day basis for the preparation of documents/movements of
shipments and reporting the same to Manager
Well versed with Jabel Ali Customs documentation and procedures involved.
Experienced in SAP
Coordinating with various courier services like FedEx and DHL Services
Arranging Road freight services to all GCC Countries
