2014-Date, Al Ain Zoo, Al Ain, UAE: Managing a team supervising a section of construction for a major wildlife park development. This involved creating artificial habitats for various species of wild animals and associated containment facilities. The work also included a number of recreational and F&B outlets for the park visitors.

A significant cost saving was made enabling the local authority to carry out essential works in other areas of the network.

Al Falah, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Managing a small team supervising the installation of all utilities and infrastructure works for a section of a major housing development. This project involved co-ordinating with a number of Consultants Contractors and latterly Government Departments to ensure a steady rate of construction and smooth handover of the assets on completion. The project achieved its’ milestone completion date and budgetary targets.

This project was on a very tight time scale and based on a complex co-ordination plan with essential milestones to avoid disruption of the on-going environmental experimentation works being conducted. Also, despite severely limited access the project was completed on time and to budget.
Central Market, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Managing a small team supervising the diversion of all utilities and some infrastructure works around a major inner city development. This project presented a unique set of co-ordination difficulties not only with other Consultants and Contractors but also Government Departments to resolve the amount of obstacles encountered and on-going access issues. The project was completed in co-ordination with development requirements.
