• Responsible and ensure all activities should be performing as per SOP.
• Handling Distillation columns, Condenser, Thermo syphoning Re-Boilers, Kettle and Pumps.
• Generating report after each shift, including plant Capacity and Production. Reporting any abnormalities in plant production or purity.
• Knowledge of DCS Operation and make up datasheet.
• Conducted Start Up and Shut down of Plant.6. Very much Familiar with Packed columns, Evaporators, Condenser etc.
