The Distributor for Cochran (UK boiler manufacturer), Ormandy Rycroft (UK heat exchanger manufacturer), ARI-ARMATUREN (German steam accessories manufacturer)

Responsibilities:

• Prepared tenders for governmental and private sector organizations.
• Provided quotations to major accounts of EEA and handled follow up on all related RFQs
• Delivered technical sales presentations to prospects and presented benefits and value of products.
• Designed and delivered product training for clients.
• Attended trade shows and seminars to promote products and network with industry contacts.
• Took ownership for maintaining and expanding sales with large accounts.
• Prepared cost estimates and bid documents by studying customer RFPs and
consulting with project managers.
• Liaised with major electromechanical consultants to maintain being accredited and
registered by them.
• Created and developed new database of accounts-clients.
• Provided technical troubleshooting and problem solving for clients with installed equipment or system issues.
• Gained customer acceptance by demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
• Identified sales opportunities by assessing environment and devising and
implementing winning strategy.
• Managed technical integration, systems engineering program management, customer support and program management.
• Submitted booking forecasts, monthly highlights and CRM entries.
• Liaised with assigned accounts to foster relationship development.
• Developed and implemented pursuit plans for opportunities within assigned key accounts.
• Used effective data analysis and sales strategies to increase win prospect buy-in and demonstrate system benefits.
