• Primary Custodian of Task Order Property Book to include all Government Furnished and Company Furnished Equipment.
• Performed quarterly 100% inventories of ITAR restricted sensitive equipment with oversight from the Government Technical Monitor assigned to the Task Order.
• Maintains active and accurate records of all assigned equipment to include, weapons, ammunition, radios, ballistic vests, ancillary protective equipment, vehicle equipment, medical kits and Chemical-Bio equipment.

• Assists in the planning, development, and administration of a comprehensive administrative program to serve the needs of the DS Agents and PSS assigned to protective operations to include administration, ADP payroll systems, time sheets, travel, and shipping arrangements.
• Prepares travel locator telegrams for the movement of DS Agents assigned to the U.S. Mission.
• Responsible for overseeing and scheduling of vehicles in support of protective operations (both armored and unarmored) following Post guidelines for various optional travel routings.
• Prepares country clearance telegrams for all incoming and out-going personnel traveling to other countries in support of protective operations.
• Contributed to department SOPs and continuity documents.
• Coordinates transport and appropriate security for all incoming and outgoing protective security personnel to/from the airport and ensures housing needs are met both in-transit and in country.
• Tracked equipment assignment and location data through Sunflower Oracle driven internal database.
