Duties & Responsibilities

a. Conduct Inspection as per Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plan (SATIP) and
Saudi Aramco inspection Checklist.
b. Checked and review design calculation, details and inspect the erection of steel structure.
c. Ensure that all materials are approved and supplied by the approved supplier and Material Receiving Inspection was carried out and accepted.
d. Ensure that all testing equipment and measurement apparatus are calibrated properly and have certificate of calibration.
e. Prepare and maintain internal quality records.
f. Familiar with testing requirements (soil, aggregate, concrete, asphalt, steel and other civil & structural materials) as per ASTM & AASHTO test method.
g. Inspection of Batching plant, attending trial mix with the BPCTU and follow design mix approval as per SAEP 1152.
h. Supervise and coordinate third party testing for Concrete, soil, metals, asphalt and other construction materials.
i. Raised Internal NCR and Pro-Active Notification for non-approved materials.

Project Site: Al Ruwaiz, Abu Dhabi
Project Description: Ruwais Housing Complex, Construction of New Hospital
Scope: Construction

Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Ensure that the production process complies with the requirements of the
customer and the Company’s QMS.
b. Monitor and Inspect concreting operation as per approved mix design. Conduct sampling for fresh concrete and monitor test results for hardened concrete.
c. Inspect rebar installation as per approved shop drawing.
d. Review of contract documents, material submittals, drawings as per code and specifications.
e. Perform inspection and test plan as detailed in PQP procedures and
ensure correct reporting.
c. Prepare MS, QCP, ITP and Form checklist and ensure that all work and activities are properly implemented.
d. Ensure that all testing equipment and measurement apparatus are calibrated properly and have certificates of calibration.
e. Prepare and maintain internal quality records.
f. Verify external quality records, inspection and test reports and certifies as received.
g. Raise NCR's and PAR's as necessary to highlight deficiencies.
h. Follow up action needed to close up NCR's.
i. Ensure that all materials are complying with the International Standard (AASHTO, ASTM, ACI & BS)

Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Supervise the Materials and quality control of the structural works.
b. Review the design shop drawing prior to approval of the consultant.
c. Recommend solution and advise the project engineer for the quality
control of the project
d. Review and testing of material prior to use. Using ASTM procedure, such as cement, aggregates, steel bar, concrete epoxy, curing compound and admixture.
e. Monitor and Inspect concreting operation as per approved mix design.
f. Conduct sampling for fresh concrete and monitor test results for hardened

Project Description: Rehabilitation of CASECNAN multipurpose Dam & Irrigation Canal.
Scope: Rehabilitation/Construction & Maintenance


Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Responsible for the evaluation and approval of the design mix of concrete.
b. Monitor and Inspect concreting operation as per approved mix design. Conduct sampling for fresh concrete and monitor test results for hardened concrete..
c. Inspection of rebar installation as per approved shop drawing.
d. Monitor and check quality of materials for Concrete surface, Portland cement concrete pavement, base and sub-base course and other road materials.
e. Recommend approval and issue Certificate of acceptance for the materials that conformed to the specifications.
f. Prepare Quality Control Program.
g. Review and check method statement, Quality Control Procedure, Inspection and Test plan.
