•Revise the internal schedule as per conclusions, design modifications or other alternatives to be taken.
•Exercising alternative to assess their time impacts of any variations / omissions / instructions to demonstrate the Employer prior to finalizing/issuing such variation to the contractor. (have assessed 52 Delay Claims by the Contractor
