Liase with Client/Consultant and MEP Departments to mitigate and conclude any major design issues before and during construction.
Reviews the contract drawings, tender circular, project specifications and other related codes to be incorporated in the shop drawings.
Manages and supervises the development of Architectural Shop Drawings and preliminary construction details to be in line with the Design drawings and specifications prior to formal submission.
Ensures that Shop drawings are completed on time as per design specifications/standards in line with the baseline program.
Supervise and monitor the assigned works of the draftsmen.
Assist in the reviewing of material submittals.
Study technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon.
Coordinates to the site engineers for the execution of the architectural works.
Prepares Request for Information / Clarification when there is discrepancy from the IFC drawings.
Prepares schedule of Shop drawings and assist Quantity Surveyor for the quantity take off of materials to be used.
Ensure workmanship and quality of architectural works must be coordinated closely to the Site Engineers and QA / QC Engineers.
Establish and nurture good working relationships with Client, Project Manager, Operators and Sub-Contractors / Suppliers.

-Mainly responsible for the architectural aspects of the project, progress, production of shop drawing, technical submittals & as-built drawings.
-Coordinates with site engineers for clarifications regarding queries on site and drawings.
-Sends site clarifications/queries to consultants regarding changes on site and design drawing conflicts.
-Attend Coordination meeting regarding updates, progress revisions and schedule.
-Communicate regular project updates to team members of all disciplines- ensure Project Manager is kept up to date on all project related matters.
-Review of all technical submittals issued by Sub-Contractors related to site works.
-Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding shop drawing/material submittals.
-Scrutinized shop drawings submitted by the sub-contractors for conformance on specifications and design, prior to the submittal to consultant.
-Monitoring the execution of works as per the approved drawings.
-Perform regular site inspection for conflicts and update drawings to be applied / reflected on as-built drawings.
-Establish and nurture good working relationships with Client, Project Manager, Operators and Sub-Contractors / Suppliers
-Responsible for the design and production drawings (presentation and shop drawings)
-Daily supervision on site and making reports on progress of the project.
-Coordinate discrepancies with the Contractor.
-Check progress on site for conflicts and update drawings to be applied/reflected on as-built drawings.
-Attend Coordination meeting regarding updates, progress revisions and schedule.
-Produced architectural detailed drawings and incorporates revisions for each project.
-Responsible for the production drawings (presentation and working drawings)
-Coordinate revisions and discrepancies with the Senior Architect.
-QA/QC each drawings before submittal.
