Support and provide excellent service through well-run delivery operations and
coordination between departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of ecommerce orders. Execute the e-commerce commercial strategy in collaboration
with e-Commerce, Client Relations Center, Supply Chain, and fulfillment Logistics
teams. Responsible to support daily operations including order processing,
coordination & tracking of stock transfers, order return & exchange processing, and
monitor stock assortments. Collaborate with Client Relations Center, Supply Chain,
Logistics, Sales Audit, and IT support teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Actively participate in the management of the online catalog in liaison with digital,
marketing and merchandising teams. Monitor key metrics (sales, stock, traffic,
returns…) of overall e-commerce activity. Provide administrative support and assist
with special projects as needed. Manage third party relationships.

Handled operations for warehouses inside UAE, in this role, I coordinated import & export shipments, handled transportation, controlled stock and oversaw documentation & insurance aspects. Apart from these KRAs, I negotiated and liaised with key internal stakeholders and external government authorities for freight rates, UAE customs formalities and insurance related issues. I handled a team of 8 while reporting to the Managing Director.
In this role, I ensured correct amount of stock exported and imported and also checked for quality and quantity of stock. Ensuring compliance and proper documentation were primary requirements to attain organizational objectives.
I sought customs declaration prior to vessel cut-off date and established strong professional relationships with concerned authorities. Apart from this, I established liaison at both ends of sending and receiving stock and ensured seamless communication and clarity of data. I scheduled vehicles as per daily deliveries while overseeing maintenance & servicing schedules of fleet to ensure safe operations.
I ensured appropriate documents for all operations; arranging for proper attestation of documents from foreign affairs agencies and consulates was one of my KRAs. Additionally, I negotiated with shipping lines and agents for better freight rates and also collaborated with insurance companies for competitive claims & coverage. I handled medical insurance for all group employees and motor insurance for 390 vehicles owned by the organization.
I proved instrumental in implementing Oracle based Warehouse Management System and Content Verse based Document Management System across the organization. My contribution also includes revamping of loading schedules and routes, negotiating clearing charges and streamlining storage location selection to enhance efficiency and curb costs.

In this role, I spearheaded operations such as stock control, warehouse management, transportation and logistics management. I coordinated warehouse delivery in DXB, AUH and Alin, to name a few, and ensured appropriate stock levels, handled staff & labourers, oversaw equipment maintenance and effectively scheduled operations. I reported to the Logistics Manager while handling a team of 23.

While reporting to the Warehouse Manager, I was accountable for stock count, receiving & issuing inventory as per records, managing labourers and overseeing warehouse operations. I maintained an Excel to track records of 22 staff & labourers and ensured appropriate and equal work allocation.
