Preparation of RFI ( Request for Inspection), IPP (Inspection Programme Points) and coordinate inspection with client inspectors; conduct inspection for reinforcement bars, embedded items and formworks for structures prior to concreting; check concrete for temperature and slump prior to pouring, conduct testing for HDPE pipes (hydro-pressure test, NFPA) and carbon steel pipes (air leak test) as per approved method of statement, IPP and instrument; conduct inspection of pipes ( GRP, HDPE, carbon steel and uPVC) prior to encasement; conduct inspection for water proofing application; FDT testing ( by Nuclear Gauge) of compaction for foundations prior to lean concrete; earthworks ( excavation, backfilling and compaction) including GSB, gravel and dune sand; assists in closing of NCR ( Non-Conformance Report ); check drawings( if valid for construction and latest revision); check materials submittals, materials approval, method of statement, inspection test plan(ITP) and inspection programme points(IPP); preparation of documents(final dossier) to be submitted to main contractor for billing.
