• Actively involved in Joint Commission International Accreditation regarding Medical Records Review, JCIA Action Plan, JCIA Mandatory Training (JCIA Is an international arm of The Joint Commission, Joint Commission International has been working with health care organizations, ministries of health, and global organizations in over 80 countries since 1994. Their focus is on improving the safety of patient care through the provision of accreditation and certification services as well as through advisory and educational services aimed at helping organizations implement practical and sustainable solutions).
• Work closely with Colleagues, Physicians, Nurses, Clinical documentation specialist and other Ancillary support to identify and solve data related problems regarding Medical Records Review.
• Count/aggregates/validates the monthly Medical Record Review assessed by Physicians, Nurses, Clinical documentation specialist and other healthcare support.
• Completes, review and inputs changes to data entry in compliance with set guidelines, policies and procedure and exercise independent judgment in maintaining the routine flow of work.
• Inputs Medical Record Review data collected into spreadsheets and generates monthly/yearly statistics as per JCI standards.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Prefer the running Graph for the whole year of the therapy.
• Prefer the form to be use in any data to enter.
