 Prepares all MEP Package i.e. Technical and Commercial documents of the awarded projects to be sent to a prospect Subcontractors.
 Prepares Cost Comparison Statement based on the Quotation received from the Subcontractors for all MEP related works applied in the project.
 Send Invitation to Bid to the Subcontractors regarding the MEP Works for the secured and on-going projects of Al Muhaidib. .
 Communicate with the Subcontractors pertaining to their MEP proposal for any certain clarifications.
 MTO’s development and verifying the same against project drawings and specifications in accordance with MEP trade.
 Check and determine the items contained in the plans and specifications but are not part in the BOQ which will be considered as a variation order afterwards.
 Coordinates with the Site Project Engineers for any queries received from the subcontractors in relation to their MEP related tendering works.
 Collaborating with various departments for determining the scope of work required in estimation report.
 Prepares Project Specification Details and other supporting documents to be given to the suppliers in connection to the Product Inquiries.
 Send Request for Quotation to the Suppliers regarding the materials to be used in the project indicating the availability and delivery time
 Evaluate Drawings, Specification and other related documents concerning Tendering Analysis.
 Prepares Tender and Contract Documents for the Subcontractors.
 Checked and reviewed all the submitted MEP related documents especially the Bill of Quantities from subcontractors for any exclusions and clarifications concerning the tendered project.
 Checked the SC contract document for any additional or missing scopes and responsibility prior for finalizing.
 Development of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
 Reviewing and discussing the project requirements with the organizational heads for a specific approach towards cost containment.

 Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with foreign and domestic suppliers.
 Prepares Cost Comparison Statement based on the Quotation of the Suppliers for each system to be applied in the project.
 Prepares Technical Submittal of Materials to be presented to the Project Consultant for approval.
 Send Request for Quotation to the Suppliers regarding the materials to be used in the project indicating the availability and delivery time.
 Coordinates with the Engineering Team concerning Technical Views and Materials Take-off of every Electrical System for Procurement purposes.
 Communicate with the Suppliers pertaining to their Material Status & Deliveries, Pending Quotations, Inquiries and Technical Submittal of their products.
 Checked the Material Submittal comments from the Project Consultant for a certain resubmission.
 Prepares Project Specification Details and other supporting documents to be given to the suppliers in connection to the Product Inquiries.
 Evaluate Drawings concerning Tendering Analysis.
 Prepares Tender and Contract Documents including Bill of Quantities.
 Supervising subordinates works such as tracking of materials, storing quotations and offers, evaluation of supplier performance, evaluating technical specifications for materials, and to ensure proper technical understanding of the project activities, requirements and systems.
 Develops and installs clerical and office procedures and practices, and studies work flow, sequence of operations.
 MTO’s development and verifying the same against project drawings and specifications in accordance with Electrical trade.

 Prepares and recommend quality materials estimate related to electrical discipline for all project sites.
 Prepares work request and needed man-hour estimates for construction.
 Enforce decision making as mandated by the project manager.
 Prepares project updates and accomplishments to be submitted to the project manager.
 Prepares actual analysis and design procedure as an alternative for any changes.
 Check material quantities and estimates based on plans and specifications.
 Prepares electrical plans and designs such as lighting, power and low current systems of all projects.
 Prepares control panel design for lighting and power systems with both manual and automatic switching.
 Review vendor proposals and conduct technical bid evaluations for aid of electrical material selection according to project specifications.
 Supervising the on-going activities, proper coordination with the suppliers and the sub-contractors.
 Coordinates with vendors, suppliers and contractors for the installation of new equipments processes.
 Develops and maintains relations with various contractors and service companies which results in positive working environments.
 Plans and implements effective procedures and policies for the maintenance department to ensure that all equipments, facilities, and utilities are all in acceptable state of repair.
 Performs a variety of functions necessary for the successful operation of the facility as assigned by the company.
 Reviews and check construction drawings and specifications to ensure that they are as per the required standard materials and quality.
 Preparing materials take-off in accordance with plan specifications and variation order.
 Provides in planning, organizing and directing construction activities to ensure timely completion of works in accordance with the plans.
 Reviews and approves contractors design calculations and detailed drawings.
 Ensures that the design modifications performed during project execution are technically accepted.
 Conduct inspections of work accomplishments by subcontractors to ensure that all are executed in-line with the approved drawings, plans, specifications, and engineering codes and practices.
 Participates in project acceptance activities and witnesses provisional and final test.
 Development of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
 Reviewing and discussing the project requirements with the organizational heads for a specific approach towards cost containment.
 Review project packages especially the designs, drawings and other technical documents in order to provide technical insights/remarks particularly in its development and then prepare directions for estimating process accordingly.
 Keeping track of the latest developments in estimating procedures, reviewing the same by maintaining relationship with contractors.

 Prepares work request to be submitted to the Project Management prior for construction.
 Enforce decision making as mandated by the Project Manager.
 Prepares actual analysis and design procedure as an alternative for any changes.
 Conduct inspections of work accomplishments to ensure that all are executed in-line with the approved drawings, plans, specifications, and engineering codes and practices.
 Prepares daily activity/accomplishment reports.
 Responsible for all submittals such as shop drawings, manufacturers data, certifications, and test data to be submitted to the project management office.
 Ensures the safety and quality of work force as part of the contractor’s safety and quality control team.
 Attends regular coordination meetings regarding construction development in the presence of contractors and consultants.
 Submit monthly billing reports based on the actual accomplishments.
