In this role, I am in charge to deliver end to end communication, strategic and design planning on P&G Beauty Care (Pantene/Herbal Essences) for MENA. I head a team of 2 account people, 1 regional creative director, 2 art directors and 1 producer reporting into the head offices in London and New York.

Main Responsibilities:
Have a solid understanding of how the Client’s business operates such that they are able to use this information to add value to the business, both from a Client and Agency perspective.
Have a good knowledge of the Client’s Brand Guidelines.
Recognize and act on potential opportunities to develop Client business through the Agency services.
Day to day contact with the Client, displaying good judgment in all dealings, adding value and ensuring Clients’ needs are met at all times.
Build a professional relationship with Clients and suppliers.
Be able to challenge (diplomatically) the Client on their thinking.
Ensure, through management of Account Executive or Administration, that everything is prepared for meetings before Clients arrive.
Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the financials of each project.
Ensure timely and profitable quoting and subsequent invoicing of all jobs and the efficient management of work in progress against each job.
Monitor accuracy of invoicing and payment of invoices by Clients.
Raise any concerns well in advance with line manager.
Follow the Agency process to ensure jobs are successfully managed.
Write comprehensive creative briefs, ensuring that all aspects are covered and clearly communicated.
Work closely with Creative Services to ensure timelines are met on all jobs.
Take part in brainstorms - imparting ideas confidently at all relevant opportunities.
Share and exchange of information between team members and network as necessary.

Creation & execution of new marketing strategies.
Conceptualization & execution of tailor made promotions for clients
Managing the relation between the media agencies and the radio
Managing offline and online marketing campaigns
Annual marketing budgeting

Handling the scope of work of clients
